Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We deliver all things fresh flowers to areas around Bundaberg,QLD. All other non flower things we ship Aus-Wide! :)

How long does shipping take for all things outside of flowers?

We will endeavor to ship your items as quickly as possible and aim to have all items shipped out within 48 hours. You will receive an email to notify you of shipping details.

How do I track my order?

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Keep an eye out for this email and if you haven't received this we recommend checking your "Junk" folder otherwise please contact us at hello@thefloralchapter.com.au

Returns

How do I return my item?

Firstly - please refer to our store policies page to check your eligibility for return. If you have a faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase date. Please visit us in store or email us at hello@thefloralchapter.com.au to discuss further.

Can I return my item for change of mind?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue (such as photos and a receipt). For perishable items (flowers and plants), any issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.

General

When will the fresh flowers be delivered?

If your order for fresh flowers is ordered before 12pm Tues-Saturday we will deliver same day. Delivery times may vary however we aim to deliver prior to 10am or after 4pm. This may change with demand

What if the person isn't home

If the receiver is not home - we will make every effort to ensure the blooms will be left in a shaded area & we will email or text, the purchaser to advise of this.

Do you do custom bouquets?
